If you find a better rate on a different website other than thereefresorts.com/reefplayacar or thereefplayacar.com within 24 hours of your booking, contact us and we will assist you.

To verify if it is possible to match the rate we need you to please provide the following information:

  • Link to the website where we can see and verify the total amount in USD including taxes. 
  • Amount of people travelling. If there are kids, please specify how many and their age.
  • Travelling dates (day, month and year)
  • Hotel
  • Plan selected (All Inclusive or Breakfast Only)
  • Room selected

Without all these information it would not be possible to proceed with the verification of the booking.

Restrictions

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • We will pricematch with legal authorized travel industry companies that are working with The Reef Resorts. Restrictions apply.
  • We can not pricematch any package price if booked with a 3rd party including a free night special.
  • We can not pricematch any package price if booked with a 3rd party not recognized neither authorized to sell one of our Reef Resorts.
  • We can not pricematch any package price if booked via a membership, reward program or any other affiliation with discounted packages.
  • Bookings made past 24 hours will not apply to make a price match. 
  • We will not match rates from the following websites: www.reefcocobeach.com, www.reef28resort.com, www.reefplayacarresort.com,
    www.vacationstoremiami.com,     www.traveluro.com, www.stayforlong.com and www.destinia.com
  • Price match does not include the complimentary shuttle service from the airport. 
  • Screenshots or produced images will not be accepted.
  • Rates that do not specify the brand nor the hotel until the booking is made will not be accepted (eg: Priceline.com or hotwire.com)
  • Quotations that include air, car rental, taxis, service charges, meails, coupons, parking or other services amenities do not apply for the price match.
  • Rates that are not publically available such as: employee rates, offline wholesale/FIT rates, pre-paid rates, vouchers, electronic vouchers, group rates or other negotiated rates will not be accepted.
  • Reservations that have been done within 24 hours before arrival do not apply for the price match.
  • Bookings with a rate disparitie due to fluctuation in the currency exchange rate will not be considered.

Flexible Cancellation Policies

Jan 3 - April 1, 2026 If canceled 3 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 2 nights.
April 2 - 4, 2026 If canceled 7 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 30% of the stay.
April 5 - 30, 2026 If canceled 3 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 2 nights.
May 1 - Dec 23, 2026 If canceled 2 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 1 night.
Dec 24, 2026 - Jan 2, 2027 If canceled 14 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 30% of the stay.
Jan 3 - March 24, 2027 If canceled 3 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 2 nights.
March 25 - 27, 2027 If canceled 7 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 30% of the stay.
March 28 - 31, 2027 If canceled 3 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 2 nights.
