The Reef coco beach was wonderful

First time in Mexico, and this place was wonderful. All the rooms had great views of the pool and could see the ocean a bit too. You could see Cozumel across the ocean from the resort and even see cruise ships docking there for the day! The pool was huge and ran the length of the resort and ended at the beach.

The staff was super friendly!

Most of the staff was super friendly! Wait staff Ramon, Alex, Marco, Fernando, Wilbert, Daniel, and I am sure I am forgetting some others who made the stay so welcoming and gave great service to our crew! I am not sure where some of the review compaints came from about the place. We had a great experience!

Our 2nd time - amazing

Our second trip to the Reef did not disappoint! We went from Dec 15-20th and had an amazing time - the room was cool & clean, our food was great, and the staff were so hospitable. Boris, Alan, Geraldo
(the best bartender), Wilbert, and Marco made our experience great!
