HOTEL RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Todos los huéspedes están sujetos a este reglamento y están obligados a respetarlo y respetar al personal con buen comportamiento en el hotel.
  2. El uso de cubrebocas es obligatorio en áreas cerradas, para el acceso al restaurante y buffet.
  3.  Todos los huéspedes están obligados a registrarse con una Identificación oficial en la recepción, llenando por completo la tarjeta de registro.
  4. La hora de salida es a las 12:00 hrs. Finalización de servicios y acceso a la habitación. Todo huésped que decida prolongar su estancia estará sujeto a disponibilidad con  un cargo de $250 MN por hora, con un máximo de 3 horas.
  5. Las visitas no están permitidas en habitación, solamente rooftop y restaurantes de las 9:00 AM a 11:00 PM. La tarifa para ingresar a la habitación es de $100 USD en plan Todo Incluido y $50 USD en plan Desayuno incluido (precio por noche por persona) este brazalete no es transferible.
  6. Con el fin de asegurarle al huésped un servicio rápido y eficiente deberá portar en todo momento su brazalete de identificación.
  7. No se permiten ningún tipo de mascotas en áreas y habitaciones del hotel.
  8. Cualquier daño ocasionado por negligencia en la decoración, mobiliario u otras áreas del hotel se cargaran automáticamente a su cuenta.
  9. No está permitido fumar dentro de la habitación ni el uso de drogas o sustancias en el hotel. El consumo de alcohol debe ser moderado, el hotel se reserva el derecho de retirar  los servicios de bar.
  10. Amablemente le pedimos moderar el exceso de ruido después de 11:00 PM.
  11. La gerencia del hotel se reserva el derecho de rescindir el contrato de hospedaje y pedir inmediata salida de cualquier huésped que no cumpla con estas reglas.

  1. All guests must follow and respect the rules and regulations, the hotel staff and have good behavior at the hotel.
  2. Use of facemask is mandatory in closed areas.
  3. All guests must be register at the front desk with an official ID and filling out the registration card completely.
  4. Check out time is 12:00 hrs. End of services and access to the room. Any guests that would like to extend their stay in the room are subject to availability with a charge of $250 MN per hour, with a maximum of 3 hours.
  5. Visitors are NOT allowed in guest room, only rooftop and restaurants area from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The rate to access the room is $100 USD for All Inclusive plan and $50 USD for Breakfast only plan (price per person per night) this bracelet is not transferable.
  6. To assure a fast and efficient service our guests should wear at all time their bracelets.
  7. Not animal or any kind of pets are allowed in the hotel.
  8. Any damage caused to the hotel property such furniture, decoration, building etc, will be charged to the guest account.
  9. Is not allowed smoking inside the room and any use of drugs or substances. The consumption of alcohol must be moderate, otherwise the hotel is able to cancel the bar services.
  10. We kindly ask to moderate any noise after 11:00 PM.
  11. The hotel management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract and request immediate departure of any guest who does not comply with these rules.
